Welo Opal Pendant in 22K Gold and Silver. I cut this multi-colored opal from Ethiopia in a unique triangular drop design. This high quality opal is very bright and has all the colors of the rainbow.  The colors run along a vertical seam creating a sheet of color.

Set in solid 22K gold bezel with a silver backing. I added a small light blue sapphire which creates a subtle sparkle of color that complements the opal colors. The bail is hand made with 22K gold Keumboo over silver and comes with a 14K gold filled chain and clasp. From the front view, all you see is gold.

Opals naturally contain 4-10% water. It is NOT recommended to shower, wash, or expose opals to long periods of water contact.
