Shipping

All of our jewelry is handcrafted and the Marin Jewelers Guild hopes you are thrilled with your purchase. Your order will be completed and shipped as promptly as possible. We provide free domestic, flat rate, insured shipping. A signature will be required. All domestic Priority Mail comes with a tracking number. Contact us if your tracking number is not forwarded to you automatically when we ship your package.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Any purchased items shipped from the Marin Jewelers Guild that are lost in the mail due to incorrect information provided by the buyer is not the responsibility of the Marin Jewelers Guild. 

Marin Jewelers Guild is not responsible for loss or damage due to the carrier’s negligence.

Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry for any reason, you may return it for exchange or store credit within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Jewelry must be in its original, new, unworn, undamaged condition to be eligible for return. The Marin Jewelers Guild reserves the right to refuse to give credit for items that are in unacceptable condition. Your store credit does not expire. We do not offer cash refunds.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM ORDERS AND ANY ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO EXISTING PIECES ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Your return package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days after receiving your jewelry. A copy of your original receipt must be included with your returned item. Please list the reason for the return on the receipt.

Your credit can be used to purchase an item from our online shop, marinjewelersguild.com, or from our store at 1331 Fourth Street in San Rafael, CA 94901.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Please pack jewelry in the original box and place in a shipping box that will provide complete protection in transit. Insure the package for the full value of the jewelry. Then ship using UPS or USPS. Marin Jewelers Guild is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.

Once your return has been received, examined, and approved, you will be issued a credit within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation of your credit once it is processed.
