Opalized Wood Ring.

I cut this hefty cushion shaped stone from a piece of petrified wood from Indonesia. This special stone is actually Opal that replaced the wood structure of an ancient log covered by volcanic ash. Look closely and you will see a small vein of raw copper that was deposited in the petrified wood grain. Size 7 set in a fine silver bezel with my signature textured sterling silver ring shank.
